Why Jill Started JOAT
Jill didn't build Jill Of All Trades just to be another construction company. She built it to be the kind of company she believed homeowners deserved, knowledgeable, honest, accountable, and willing to stand beside the customer from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
Jill learned this industry from the ground up, swinging hammers, climbing roofs, solving problems, and figuring out how to make things work when the easy answer wasn't good enough. That hands-on experience still shapes the way JOAT operates today. She understands the work, but just as importantly, she understands the responsibility that comes with being trusted with someone's home and money.
What started with Jill doing the work herself has grown into something bigger. Today, she leads a team of skilled tradespeople, project managers, and trusted professionals while remaining personally involved in the decisions that matter. Every project has clear oversight, a dedicated point of contact, and someone responsible for making sure Jill's standards are carried from start to finish.
